We’re able to provide qualified project staff, manage costs and schedules, oversee sub-trades, ensure quality work and deliver your project on time and on budget.

Ventana is also able to manage day-to-day operations on your construction project as the construction manager, if you want to focus on other priorities. You’re the builder of record and trades are contracted to the owner, while we act as your agent and represent you in all phases of the project.

We’re able to work under a variety of different contract formats, based on our clients’ requirements, expectations and risk tolerance – whether that means a construction management contract for pre-construction and then converting to a fixed price for construction, construction management for the entire project or some other arrangement that offers more flexibility.
