Delta Track Fieldhouse

The North Delta Track Fieldhouse is a two-storey, 3,200-square-foot, accessible facility built utilizing repurposed shipping containers as its primary structure, along with wood and steel structural framing.

The project features barrier free access with a vertical lift, automated doors, universal change rooms, public washrooms, a strength and conditioning space, a meeting room, and an observation deck overlooking the adjacent 8-lane track.

The facility is a multi-purpose space designed to support school and community use, including athletic conditioning and event viewing.

Traditional Learning Academy

The Traditional Learning Academy (TLA) Seismic Upgrade project involves the renovation and structural upgrading of a 22,300 sq. ft. private school in Coquitlam, BC.

The scope includes foundation enlargement, structural reinforcement, roof replacement, and targeted interior upgrades to bring the facility in line with current seismic and building code requirements.

The project was delivered within an active school environment, requiring careful planning and coordination to maintain safe and continuous operations for students and staff. The work also includes integration of new structural elements within the existing building, alongside architectural upgrades such as new partitions, millwork, and finishes.

Surrey Transit Center - Retrofit

Installation of new elevated maintenance catwalks and replacement of heavy‑duty vehicle hoists within an active transit centre. Scope includes demolition and construction of new service pits, structural steel fabrication, mechanical and electrical integration, safety system upgrades, and commissioning of transit‑fleet maintenance bays.

YVR Link Densification

This project involved the transformation of an existing, fully operational office within an active airport environment into a higher-density workplace to support future staffing needs. The scope included interior demolition, new partitions, upgraded finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and data system enhancements. 

Delivered within an active airport environment, the project required detailed phasing, off-peak and nighttime work, and close coordination with YVR Facilities, Airport Operations, consultants, and other contractors to maintain ongoing operations.
