A division of Ventana Construction Corporation, building on 35+ years of experience in an organization delivering more than $300 million in construction work annually. Led by a diverse group of construction professionals, the Special Projects team focuses on a client-service approach to complex projects requiring extraordinary support, planning, and attention to detail.

The Ventana’s Special Projects team are happy to service projects across a wide range of markets, including but not limited to: Commercial, Industrial, Light Industrial, Retail, Tenant Improvements, I2, Healthcare, Transportation, and more. However, primarily focus on projects in active or challenging environments, excelling in detailed pre-construction planning, sequencing, accelerated project deliveries, and keeping your business going while we build your future.

VSP is also quality driven, knowing that regardless of the size and complexity of the project, quality must be managed carefully to ensure the right final product is delivered on time, every time.

Special Projects prioritizes a tailored approach to your projects, sourcing innovative solutions to your project challenges and working collaboratively and flexibly to ensure minimal impact to your business and operations. From initial permits through to final completion our team is focused on making the project work for you including developing accelerated schedules to allow for minimal down-time, public safety planning, and risk mitigation strategies. We offer full-service project management, and we are comfortable with design-assist, design-build, lean construction, and Integrated Project Delivery. We work with an enormous resource pool of subtrades and consultants, allowing us to creatively subcontract or self-perform work to ensure we control every aspect of quality, safety, and schedule.
