Pre-construction and construction

Seismic upgrades and renovations were completed for a 41,000-square-foot auto dealership that included a showroom and office space, service department and a mezzanine.

The renovation consisted of asbestos abatement, structural and seismic upgrades, a new roof, exterior landscaping, multiple entrance renewal, and new paint, stucco and cladding on the building exterior. New offices, showrooms and façades were added to the dealership.

The project was phased and separated into three city occupancy inspections so that as one phase was completed, a division of the company could move into the new space. The vacated space was then renovated. Ventana put considerable effort into completing tasks outside of typical working hours when possible and worked closely with Brown Bros. staff to ensure all needs were considered. Employee feedback was very positive.
