STATEMENT OF WORK

Pre-construction and construction

Central City Brewers + Distillers multi-phase development is the largest most advanced brewery facility in Canada.

Phase one consists of a 46,500-square-foot industrial brewery, production labs and a 1,500-square-foot retail store. The second phase of the five-acre brewery facility consists of a 50,000-square-foot warehouse that houses a liquor retail store, refrigeration and ambient storage and distribution centre, as well as office and conference facilities on the second floor.

The building known as phase 2 compliments the adjacent phase 1 brewery and canary facilities and allows product to be safely stored in a robotic stacking system, leaving more space for the Lohin Mckinnon Whisky to be stored in the ambient storage wing. The exterior architecture features striking v-shaped glulam wood beams around the periphery.
