Design-assist, pre-construction, value engineering and construction
The 80,000-square-foot, tilt-up building spans two floors and occupies five acres. The steel-frame building includes a high-bay warehouse, light industrial fabrication shops, support areas and offices.
A tenant improvement project was undertaken for Corix Utilities Inc. upon the completion of construction. The project involved the installation of high-end office finishes, in addition to the installation of gantry cranes and racking in the warehouse and fabrication shops.
Corix Langley Gateway was awarded “Industrial Development of the Year” at the 2012 NAIOP and Business in Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Awards of Excellence.
