Pre-construction and construction

This contemporary 31,700-square-foot, two-storey tilt-up building with exposed steel and concrete provides Houle Electric with their showcase head office. The generous glazing is protected with shading devices that allow for extensive views of park-like surroundings. Houle Electric performed all electrical services as client and sub-trade. Ventana’s scope of work included a complete fit-out of the building.

Houle Electric’s head office is one of nine projects Ventana completed in the Glenlyon Business Park.
