Pre-construction and construction

A 94,500-square-foot Mercedes-Benz dealership consisting of a 38,500-square-foot vehicle showroom, a 34-bay service area, and 19,000 square feet of office space. Two-thirds of the building is tilt-up panel construction and the remaining third is structural steel and glass construction.
