Pre-construction, sustainable strategic planning and construction

Ventana completed a 60,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Arc’teryx that included office and public space, meeting rooms, a kitchen and fitness facilities. The electrical system was upgraded midway through construction to satisfy tenant requirements.

NorthWoods Lot C is a 95,000-square-foot, tilt-up concrete and structural steel industrial building with a half mezzanine and an upgrade that included a second floor, elevator and HVAC system.

NorthWoods Business Park is a 24-acre, award-winning business park in North Vancouver. The 243,000-square-foot development currently has four buildings, with notable tenants such as Arc’teryx, ALS Global, RipCurl Canada, Giant Bikes and Miles Industries.
