Pre-construction, value engineering and construction
The Yukon is a 54,000-square-foot, four-storey strata office and light-industrial development with manufacturing uses within the first and second levels, office space on the second, third and fourth levels, and three-level underground parking. A small amount of contaminated soil was identified that required careful planning and the development of risk mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of siteworks. Ventana managed the transition from site contamination remediation to the commencement of construction.
