Pre-construction, value engineering and construction
This six-storey, 90,000-square-foot, mixed-use development consists of a five-storey wood-frame residential building with 94 rental apartments, six ground-level commercial units totaling 12,000 square feet and a below grade parkade. The building features an internal courtyard and rooftop amenity areas and decks with panoramic north facing views.
388 Kaslo Street is USGBC LEED® Gold® certified and had stringent air tightness requirements and met TEDI and TEUI targets.
