8275 Sherbrooke is a 76,000-square-foot, five-storey commercial building with White Spot’s head office, vocational school and warehouse space.

Ventana encouraged the owners to re-imagine the property after a fire destroyed their building and were able to show how they could relocate their aging head office to the burned building site, double to the density within the existing zoning, and unlock a new site for further development.
