Pre-construction, sustainable strategic planning, value engineering, and construction

A 478,537-square-foot multi-tenant retail development that consists of a 116,846-square-foot Canadian Tire store, 105,436-square-foot commercial building, 5,802-square-foot restaurant, and a 250,453-square-foot parkade with 541 stalls.

Canadian Tire SW Marine Drive is LEED® Gold® certified.

Ventana completed tenant improvement projects for Canadian Tire that involved the store, auto centre and garden centre, in addition to various tenant projects.

A $500,000 restoration of a heritage brick façade on the north side of property was completed and incorporated into the development.
