Amica Lions Gate, formerly Maison Senior Living, is a multi-phase retirement community offering elegant senior living with a variety of private suites and common spaces designed for comfort and accessibility. Green building design and construction elements were incorporated into the development.

Phase 1 consists of an 82,000-square-foot, assisted living memory care residence with two amenity floors, a three-storey residence, and a 16,000-square-foot, one level parkade.

Phase 2 is a 47,000-square-foot, six-storey, assisted living memory care residence with 52 suites and a below-grade parkade.

Both buildings have a dining room, bistro, library, and entertainment and activity areas on amenity floors.
