Pre-construction and construction

This 37,401-square-foot, four-storey development consists of three storeys of residential with 36 suites, one ground-floor 10,000-square-foot commercial unit and a two-level below grade parkade with 51 stalls. Demolition of a gas station and significant site remediation was undertaken to remove contaminated soil prior to construction. Through care planning and the development of risk mitigation strategies, Ventana successfully completed the execution of siteworks.
