STATEMENT OF WORK
Pre-construction and construction
Fraser View Residences is a 29,000-square-foot, fourstorey development consisting of three storeys of woodframe residential with 31 suites above one storey of concrete with two commercial units and an underground one-level parkade.
A tenant improvement project was completed for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) upon the completion of the first phase. The project involved the installation of interior walls, exterior finishes, slab preparation for future renovation, civil works and landscaping. CIBC’s tenant improvement project was completed concurrently with a tenant improvement project for Stong’s Market in NorthWoods Village. Ventana completed tenant improvement work on several commercial retail units.
The third phase consisted of a one-storey, 6,000-squarefoot, wood-frame building with a 4,500-square-foot restaurant and 1,500 square feet of commercial space. Building features include an outdoor area, timber and glulam framed covered patio, curved cast-in-place concrete wall, and North Shore inspired public art.
