Pre-construction, value engineering and construction

The Beverley is a 19-storey, 115,000-square-foot concrete residential development with 150 suites and a two-level underground parkade. Building amenities include a rooftop deck, wellness centre, viewing lounge, and an outdoor living area with an indoor prep kitchen.

The heritage façade was retained and incorporated into the building as part of the new Masonic Lodge. This purpose-built market rental building is owned by the Westminster Masonic Holding Group, a non-profit organization.
