Design-assist, pre-construction, value engineering and construction
The Grace is a 73,045-square-foot, five-storey wood-frame residential building with 71 rental condo units, market townhouses at grade, an amenity room, groundfloor concrete commercial retail units totalling 12,644 square feet, and a two-level below grade parkade.
The project included phased commercial retail spaces for the Parthenon Market, Starbucks and Orangetheory Fitness. Base building mechanical and electrical coordination for commercial retail spaces was completed during the construction build out.
The Grace is registered for USGBC LEED® Gold®.
