Pre-construction, sustainable strategic planning and construction

The Leo Wertman Residence is a concrete 87,000-square-foot, six-storey retirement residence with 91 luxury suites, on-site amenities and one level of underground parking. The first level has a large dining area, commercial kitchen, theatre, art centre, games room, fitness room, spa, and a medical office.

Green building design and construction elements were incorporated into the residence.
