Pre-construction, value engineering and construction
Trapp and Holbrook is a 250,000-square-foot, 21-storey, concrete development with 196 suites, shared amenity and patio space, outdoor BBQ and dining area, fireside lounge, community garden, five-level parkade and ground-level commercial units. The tower incorporates a $1,200,000 heritage façade restoration of the Trapp Block and Holbrook buildings. Ventana provided full development and finance facilities to the owner.
