Pre-construction, sustainable strategic planning and construction

Westerleigh PARC is a 117,500-square-foot luxury seven-storey retirement residence with 130 independent living suites, a hotel-style 137-seat dining room, a bistro, a dedicated private dining room, various lounges, an auditorium, a multi-purpose room, a library, an art studio, a music room, an exercise area, a wellness centre, administrative offices, and 8,000 square feet of groundfloor commercial space.

Ventana provided value engineering services and worked closely with the District of West Vancouver on traffic management and community notice plans.

The project was awarded to Ventana in large part due to the quality of work on Cedar Springs PARC.
